Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at NPPD CARE. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and achieving sales targets by promoting our healthcare service packages.

Responsibilities:

• Generating new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and making outbound calls.
• Presenting our healthcare service packages to potential clients and highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets by selling at least 10 high ticket sales per month.
• Creating and executing sales strategies to reach out to potential clients through multiple channels.
• Collaborating with marketing and other teams to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and tools, including CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
