5. Product/Service Promotion
Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients. Conduct presentations, demos, and meetings to showcase offerings.
6. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams for smooth execution. Share feedback from clients with internal teams for service improvement.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in CRM/software. Prepare reports on sales performance, targets, and achievements.
8. Post-Sales Support
