Job Description

Responsuibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals. Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand client needs and provide solutions accordingly. Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve sales targets and business objectives set by the company. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential clients. Convert leads into successful business deals.

Market Research & Strategy

Research industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities. Contribute to developing business strategies for growth. Provide insights to management on market opportunities and threats.

Product/Service Promotion

Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients. Conduct presentations, demos, and meetings to showcase offerings.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams for smooth execution. Share feedback from clients with internal teams for service improvement.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in CRM/software. Prepare reports on sales performance, targets, and achievements.

Post-Sales Support

Ensure successful onboarding of new clients. Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries if needed.
