Responsibilities:



Lead Generation:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Research potential clients and market trends.

Client Acquisition:

Reach out to potential clients to present products or services. Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups and negotiations.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Strategy Execution:

Implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Support marketing efforts through customer insights and competitor analysis.

Market Research:

Analyze market trends and customer needs. Identify gaps in the market and suggest ways to address them.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain records of client interactions, proposals, and deals. Provide regular reports on sales activity and results to management.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure smooth delivery and support. Share feedback for product or service improvements.
