Job Description

Responsiblities:



1. Lead Generation:



Identify potential clients through cold calling, emails, social media, networking, and references.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.

2. Client Acquisition:



Approach and convert leads into new business opportunities.

Conduct product/service presentations and pitches.

3. Market Research:



Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Identify new markets and customer needs.

4. Relationship Management:



Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Sales Target Achievement:



Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (key performance indicators).

Prepare and present sales reports to management.

6. Collaboration:



Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align on business goals.

Share customer feedback to improve products/services.

7. Proposal & Contract Management:



Draft business proposals and negotiate terms with clients.

Close deals and manage the onboarding process.

8. CRM & Reporting:



Maintain client data in CRM tools.

Track interactions, follow-ups, and update sales activities regularly
