Job Roles & Responsibilities: -
Research and identify
companies hiring freshers or interns
in tech and non-tech domains
Connect with
HRs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Hiring Managers
through LinkedIn, emails, and calls
Pitch our
training-to-placement
model and explain how we can support their fresher hiring
Set up
corporate tie-ups, MoUs, or hiring agreements
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and
generate daily outreach leads
Arrange
introductory meetings and follow-ups
with decision-makers
Collaborate with the internal recruitment/training team to align supply with demand
Provide weekly reports on lead status, conversions, and performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
1-2 years of experience in
B2B business development, HR consulting, or recruitment sales
(Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
Excellent
verbal and written communication
in English & Hindi
Proficient in
LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and cold calling
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into partnerships
Strong negotiation and client management skills
Monthly Earning capacity -Rs.15,000 to Rs.40,000 per month(Including incentives)
