Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, calls, and networking Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing clients Travel across assigned regions to meet clients and explore new business opportunities Meet monthly and quarterly business development goals Maintain accurate records of meetings, feedback, and follow-ups

Requirements


Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred (freshers are welcome) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and presentation abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
