Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking , client visits and social media outreach in Chennai and surrounding areas. Follow up on leads from telecallers, website inquiries and branch referrals. Conduct B2B sales and corporate sales activities to expand our client base. Schedule and attend sales meetings and presentations with business in Chennai. Carry out market research to understand customer needs and regional industry trends. Prepare proposals , quotatons and sales reports. Represent the company at Chennai based trade shows , exhibitions and conferences. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue growth. Work with internal teams for smooth order processing , delivery and payment follow ups. Maintain strong client engagement and key account management for long term growth. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

Experience in business development (Sales) , B2B sales and Field sales (preferably in Chennai Market) Strong communication and negotiation skills (Tamil and English preferred) Comfortable with cold calling , customer acquisition and lead generation. Ability to travel within Chennai and nearby regions for client meetings. Goal oriented with proven record of achieving sales targets.
