Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth, volume quota and market penetration objectives.
Work closely with the Solutions Design team to develop innovative, client-centric supply chain solutions.
Contribute to the development of the company's business development strategy, identifying areas of growth and improvement.
Preparation of BD plans, budgets for growth of the region.
1-3 yrs of experience in 3PL sales, preferably in Automobile industry.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, or brand promotion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
knowledge of contract logistics, supply chain solutions, and industry trends.
Freshers with relevant knowledge are also eligible to apply.
