Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the IT segment
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service pitches
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends
Meet business growth targets and sales goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in
Business Development within the IT industry
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to generate leads through multiple channels
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of IT services and market dynamics
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Immediate joiner preferred
