Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client needs and offer suitable products or services. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategic plans. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
