Business development executive is a person who is responsible for the growth of the business. The main job of the Business development executive is to find new targets and leads to promote the sales and services of the company or organization. Liaise with Teachers/Principals of Schools, Coaching Centers and other educational institutions to establish relationships and tie-ups. Establishing Marketing Partners in States for business generation. Conducting workshops with Students, Teachers and Owners of Schools, Coaching Centers and other educational institutions. To meet revenue generation and profit targets
Create awareness of your brand Communicate to the target Audience and build and develop customer relationships. Required Candidate profile Excellent communication skills in English. Candidates with 1-4 years of experience in sales. Education- graduate or above. They must be able to work independently and with little supervision, and sometimes they are even required to work remotely. Must be an enthusiastic with a flair for sales of Products. Tenacious and pro-active approach to sales with an ability to close the sales. Excellent customer service skills. Business development initiative. Ability to pitch the products of the organization clearly and in an attractive way to the clients. Ability to take business development initiatives. Willingness to learn and commitment to personal development. Basic Computer Skills (Word, Excel). Demonstrable ability to handle crises. Ability to conduct precise Google searches and familiarity with how Google searches work. Curious nature and interest in exploring various destinations globally. Good Communication Skills(Oral and written), Task and time management skills, Ability to work under pressure, Knowledge of Product and Good Computer Skills. Wholesale handling, experience in retail market will be an additional benefit. Ability to effectively work with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels.
