Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct lead generation by identifying prospects/leads through various online bidding platforms (e.g., Guru, Freelancer, Upwork, Jigsaw, Hoovers) and social media channels (such as LinkedIn, Twitter). 2. Create tailored proposals, estimate costs, and outline project schedules. 3. Drive business expansion by leveraging referrals and acquiring new accounts. 4. Engage with clients through calls to understand their technical requirements effectively. 5. Demonstrate teamwork and proficient client-handling abilities. 6. Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our organization. 7. Possess excellent communication skills. 8. Showcase the ability to convert leads into projects successfully. 9. Capable of project management in collaboration with the development team. 10. Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms.
