Prospect for new clients (IT companies , data centers , startups) and generate leads via cold calling , networking , referrals and field visits.
Present , pitch , negotiate and close commercial proposals for infrastructure rental (servers,networking,backup,hardware or software licenses)
Manager customer relationship to upsell (e.g. longer term rentals , add-ons , services)
Maintain a pipeline in CRM , report weekly/monthly sales results,forecasts and target achievement.
Coordinate with operations , logistics , finance teams to ensure timely delivery , billing , payment collection.
Keep up with industry trends (hardware) ,competitive offerings and pricing.
Represent company at trade shows, technical seminars or client visits as required.
Qualification and Skills :
2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales and business development in IT hardware.
Strong communication , presentation , negotiation skills.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, storage , networking , software licenses) is higly desirable.
Comfortable with field sales
Graduate degree is a plus.
