Achieve and exceed monthly recruitment/placement targets by effectively converting leads and inquiries.
Manage high-priority leads and nurture long-term client and candidate relationships.
Conduct daily communication with candidates and clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Provide personalized counseling to candidates on overseas job opportunities and immigration pathways.
Stay updated on recruitment policies, international hiring trends, and immigration/work visa regulations.
Review and approve candidate documents (e.g., resumes, application forms, checklists) for accuracy and completeness.
Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in all professional interactions.
Mentor and support junior recruiters in their day-to-day responsibilities and recruitment strategies.
Handle multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and quality.
Use Microsoft Word and Excel for preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and official communication.
Maintain CRM system for lead management, candidate follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
Analyze recruitment trends, conversion ratios, and performance data using Excel or other data tools.
Offer accurate, tailored advice to candidates based on their profiles and current immigration/job market demands.
Evaluate candidate eligibility objectively and in alignment with company/client standards.
Create and execute action plans to meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Follow up with leads, referrals, and inquiries consistently to ensure continued engagement.
Source and contact potential candidates for existing and upcoming roles.
