Job Description

Responsibilities:



1. Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, emails, and networking.

Maintain and update a database of leads and prospects.

2. Client Outreach & Relationship Management



Contact and meet potential clients to present products or services.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement



Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Follow up with leads to close deals and generate revenue.

4. Market Research & Analysis



Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Provide insights to refine offerings and strategy.

5. Collaboration & Coordination



Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align goals.

Provide feedback from the market to improve products/services.

6. Reporting & Documentation



Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback summaries.

Maintain records of client interactions, deals, and follow-ups.

7. Product/Service Knowledge



Develop deep knowledge of the company's offerings to effectively pitch to clients.

Train and update oneself on new offerings and industry changes.
