Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate and travel trade partners.
Prepare and present
sales proposals
, quotations, and contracts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
for rooms, banquets, and events.
Conduct regular
market research
to identify potential clients and business trends.
Collaborate with the
Front Office, Banquet, and Marketing teams
to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Attend trade fairs, networking events, and sales calls to promote the hotel brand.
Maintain proper records of sales calls, client feedback, and follow-ups.
Provide
daily/weekly reports
to the General Manager.
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or business development
