Position - Business Development Executive Work Experience-2-6 years in sales of Audio-visual equipment\xe2\x80\x99s/AV system integration/command & control centers/Sound & light shows/Museums. Educational Qualifications- Graduate and above Location-Gurugram Business Development Executive is one who is responsible for 1. Playing a vital role in achievement of goals and objectives of Role Definition the organization. 2. Generating government business for the company. 3. Execution of the marketing strategy. Responsibility:- 1. Achieving Growth and hitting sales targets by managing the sales Deliverable team. 2. Expanding the customer base geographically. 3. Build & promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering. 4. Familiarizing yourself with all AV/Museum space/tenders & services offered by our company. 5. Procuring new clients through direct contact or through online tender/ govt. portals. 6. Crafting business proposals & contacts to draw in more revenue from tenders/ govt clients. 7. Reviewing client\xe2\x80\x99s feedback & implementing necessary changes. 8. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. Tasks & Prepares Activities:-
sales visits and presentations to Sale museum space tender to clients.
Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals.
Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance.
Answers questions, describes benefits, and discusses pros and cons of various competing products or services.
Gains familiarity with the competitors, and stays updated on trends and innovative products.
Must have experience in dealing in Govt. tenders/documentation.
Experience in closing of Govt. projects.
Good networking skills in Government departments.
Competencies:-
Degree in marketing, business administration, Btch or similar..
Required Must have good negotiation skills.
Must be able to create good presentations.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
Ability to work under pressure.
