Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential Students through calls, visits, events, and digital channels. Counsel prospective students and explain course features, benefits, and career outcomes. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets. Maintain and update lead records, follow-ups, and conversion reports. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferred: Marketing, Business Administration, or related field). 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education/training sector. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and target-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
