Job Title: Business Development Executive The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads are identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business decision-makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them. Job description: Ensure proper documentation in the information system in due time and check through them for accuracy Interact closely with other team members in the course of work to ensure that everyone is carried along and updated on work progress in order to achieve maximum results Ensure that customers are treated cordially and are held in high esteem in order to make them patronize the company continuously Create a good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best work in order to achieve maximum results Evaluate sales records periodically to make balances and ensure that sales figures tally with numbers Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills Accurately recording details of customers\' purchase orders. Processing all customer purchases accordingly. Generating promising leads to pursue. Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with the company\'s services. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Understanding in-depth knowledge to make suitable recommendations based on customers\' needs and preferences. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
