We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in the BIM industry, specifically in the context of outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of business development in both the USA and Australia markets. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked in BIM outsourcing companies. Responsibilities : Identify and target potential clients in the USA and Australia markets who require BIM outsourcing services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials to attract new clients. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management. Qualifications : Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 2 to 3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the BIM outsourcing industry. Strong understanding of the AEC industry and familiarity with BIM technologies and processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
