Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with medium-level experience to expand our client base and increase sales revenue. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of winning projects through freelancer platforms, establishing partnerships through technical collaboration, and reaching out to large companies for outsourcing opportunities. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently and in collaboration with our team to achieve our business objectives. Responsibilities Identify and target potential clients and partners through various channels, including freelancer platforms, LinkedIn, B2B collaboration and other lead generation methods. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through varlous channels, including freelancer platforms, networking, and attending industry events. Craft and submit compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to win projects on freelancer platforms and other online marketplaces. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors\' activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with our technical team to understand our service offerings and create tailored solutions for clients. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a strong professional network. Research and analyze industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, goals, and achievements. Set and achieve company\'s monthly targets. Qualifications 1-3 years of proven experiencein business development and sales, specifically in the IT industry. Demonstrated success in winning projects through freelancer platforms and other online marketplaces. Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Technical background or knowledge of IT services and solutions is a plus. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field such as B.Tech isrequired. MBA in Sales, Marketing, would be a plus.
