Job Title : Business Development Executive (US Staffing) Location : Ahmedabad (GJ) Range : Open to discuss Qualifications : Bachelor\'s or MBA Experience : 3+ Years Salary: 5.5 - 6 LPA Days : Monday -Friday (night shift) Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced business development executive, preferably from US Staffing/ Outsourcing Services, with demonstrated accomplishments and success stories with relevant figures to tell the growth story. The duties include searching for new clients, finding new potential services to offer, and helping our client\'s business expand to new markets. Roles & Responsibilities Proven Track record of finding new business opportunities via LinkedIn, other social media, and business listing portals. Good at building rapport with customers on Call, email, or LinkedIn. Responsible for Lead Generation, Cold Calling, emailing and setting up appointments, and taking follow-ups aggressively. Should have experience preparing RFP/RFI/RFQs Should have experience selling services for the Staffing/ RPO Industry. Should have experience with preparing TOB and onboarding International clients (USA/ UK). Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospective clients. Follow up with clients and keep track of potential customers and their requirements. Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services. Address all complaints of the customers and make sure that they are resolved in time and within the guidelines given. Ensure a premium level of client satisfaction on phone calls or virtual meetings.
