POSITION: Business Development Consultant EXPERIENCE: 2+ Years EDUCATION: Graduate
JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Understand client services offerings and competitive landscape 2. Build the contacts database for the US region focusing on Retail, CPG, Online/Ecommerce/Marketplace, Media & Telecom domains 3. Lead/Demand generation, Cold Calling & Email campaign 4. Schedule appointments for Sales to follow up on qualified out-bound leads 5. Assist sales team in executing general business development activities like mailing campaigns, events etc. 6. Should have experience in handling sales conversations in US Market. 7. Good understanding of Data warehousing & Business Intelligence (DW/BI) & Analytics 8. Willing to work in US timings (5:30pm \xe2\x80\x93 2:30am)
OTHER RELEVANT ASPECTS OF THE ROLE: 1. Have over 2 years of experience doing inside sales for services company 2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills 3. Team-oriented, self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute 4. Ability to handle large volumes of out-bound calls for appointment-setting. 5. Ability to work in US working hours
