Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development & Client Servicing Manager to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction with our services. The Business Development & Client Servicing Manager will work closely with the creative and accounts teams to develop marketing strategies that meet client objectives and achieve agency revenue targets. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement a business development strategy that aligns with the agency\'s overall goals and objectives. Identify and target new business opportunities to generate leads and increase sales. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Conduct regular client meetings to review project progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure client satisfaction. Work with the creative and accounts teams to develop and present proposals that meet client objectives and budget requirements. Monitor industry trends, identify market opportunities, and stay up-to-date with competitor activity. Prepare and present regular reports on business development and client servicing activities to the senior management team. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the agency\'s service offerings and capabilities. Requirements : Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proven track record in business development and client servicing within the advertising industry. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, while managing their expectations and meeting their needs. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and advertising trends. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
