Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Researching potential clients, markets, and industries to identify new business opportunities. Generating qualified leads through cold calling, online research, and networking.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients. Serving as a primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

Conducting market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Analyzing market data to identify opportunities for growth.

Strategy and Planning:

Assisting in the creation and implementation of sales and business development strategies. Preparing client retention plans.

Sales Support:

Preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients. Tracking and reporting on sales performance and activity to management.

Collaboration:

Working with internal and external teams to align business development efforts. Coordinating with other internal teams for resource allocation.

Networking:

Attending industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often required.

Experience:

0-1 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar field is preferred.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Project Management Skills:

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems is beneficial.

Soft Skills:

Strong interpersonal, networking, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
