Oroglee is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to expand our presence in the corporate sector in Hyderabad. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a vital role in establishing new campaigns and partnerships with corporates and promoting them. Expected Start Date: 03/06/2024
- Engage with corporates to organize oral health campaigns in their organization.
- Build relationships with key corporate decision-makers and stakeholders to promote Oroglee\'s plans.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives.
- Present and pitch Oroglee\'s plans to corporate clients through meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or corporate account management.
- Strong knowledge of the corporate landscape in Hyderabad, including key industries, players, and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel within Hyderabad, as required.
