: Business Development & Operations Manager (HR Services)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional who will be responsible for driving sales of our HR products/services, acquiring new clients, and managing field operations staff involved in manpower deployment. The role requires strong sales ability, operations management skills, and excellent relationship-building capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitieS
1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and generate new business opportunities for HR products and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports.
2. Client Acquisition & Account Management
Understand client requirements and propose suitable HR solutions.
Ensure timely onboarding of new clients.
Provide ongoing support to clients and address service-related issues promptly.
Build long-term partnerships to increase business volume and retention.
3. Field Operations & Manpower Deployment
Supervise and coordinate field operations teams responsible for manpower deployment.
Ensure manpower is deployed as per client requirements and timelines.
Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of deployed staff.
Resolve operational issues between clients and field staff.
Conduct site visits to ensure service quality and compliance.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with internal departments such as HR, payroll, compliance, and operations.
Prepare MIS reports on sales, client servicing, and manpower deployment.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and statutory compliances.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably HR services/outsourcing).
Ability to lead and manage field manpower teams.
Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
Basic understanding of HR operations, compliance, and manpower deployment.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales/operations in HR outsourcing, staffing, or facility management industry.
Work Location
Field + Office (As per company requirement)
