- BUSINESS DEVELOPER MANAGER (BPO INDUSTRY)
As a Business Development Manager at VERTTEL BPO SOLUTIONS, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering long-term client relationships within the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering process and project solutions, particularly in areas such as customer support, sales, and backend operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BPO sector
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and organizational objectives.
- Lead end-to-end project management for client engagements, from initial scoping and proposal development to successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for innovation
- Represent VERTTEL BPO SOLUTIONS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitch materials that articulate the unique value proposition of our services
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement initial
