Job Description

New business development

: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads through market research, networking, and outreach.

Client relationship management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.

Sales strategy and execution

: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market intelligence

: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.

Negotiation and deal closure

: Negotiate and finalize new business deals by coordinating requirements and integrating contract terms with business operations.

Reporting and analysis

: Track sales metrics, monitor progress, and prepare regular reports on sales performance for management.

Collaboration

: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to align business development goals with company strategy.

Brand representation

: Act as an ambassador for the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
