Role: Business development executiveCompany: Star Bovine Farm Management Pvt Ltd Location: Rural Telangana areas, India:

• Identify potential service providers (Gopala Mithra) within the allocated rural region

• Pitch the dairy farming application to service providers

• Coordinate and train service providers in achieving the targets of onboarding animals of dairy farmers

• Build long term empathetic relationship with service providers

• Build and maintain a calendar of brand marketing events for the promotion of Dairy farming application in the area

• Provide application user's insights to management and help in developing marketing initiatives relevant to dairy farmers

• Work with multiple stakeholders - business heads, service providers and veterinary doctors to plan and implement marketing initiatives in the region of operations

• Ability to multitask and organize activities based on priority.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work in rural areas and travel to capture potential market

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and local language (Telugu)

• Experience in Sales & Business Acumen

• Service and target oriented person

• Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships in building dairy farming community

• Ability to understand the gaps in the market and build better solutions

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and openness to learn

• Ability to take responsibility and work with minimal intervention and direct supervision

Eligibility criteria :

• MBA with specialization in Marketing management

• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing

• Experience in working with the dairy product industry or rural marketing management is preferred.
