Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role involves working closely with various departments to identify trends, develop reports, and provide actionable insights.

Req. minimum experiance: 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Interpret data trends and patterns to assist management in strategic planning and operational improvement. Work with stakeholders to identify key metrics and performance indicators. Provide ad-hoc analysis and data visualizations as needed. Automate data collection and reporting processes where possible. Support data quality initiatives and maintain data integrity across systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Strong proficiency in

Excel

(including advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts). Hands-on experience with

SQL

for data querying and manipulation. Experience with

data visualization tools

(e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio). Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications :

Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis. Experience with big data tools (e.g., Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Hadoop). Exposure to CRM or ERP systems. Understanding of business processes and KPIs.
