*This is an in-office, permanent, full-time role that is in Gurgaon, India.

Job Title: Customer Support Executive/Business Associate

Gender: Males are Preferred

Experience: Fresher - 2 Years

Location: Sector 48, Gurgaon

Additional Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls, chats, and emails in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information and solutions to customers. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Document customer interactions and update records in the system. Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Meet or exceed performance targets including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
