Introduction: Business Architect's purpose is to frame & develop commercial solutions to unlock business and client value. This is achieved by focusing on the following Goals . Common enterprise process methodology . Cohesive & consistent approach to business process design . Rapidly frame high value opportunities . Comprehensive understanding of the current and future risk environment . Recognised experts in integrated process solutions What will you be doing . Support the execution of the process optimisation service offerings for Business Architect & Automation . Learn and develop process optimisation methods and techniques to identify opportunities to unlock value for process sponsors and stakeholders . Support optimisation reviews during compressed and extended time frames to achieve defined objectives for key stakeholders . Manage conversations and interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract all required process information . Create process documentation (maps and attributes) using industry recognised tooling . Ensure outputs that are created by the team adhere to all applicable process related standards . Apply continuous improvement mindset to all team activities by identifying waste and rework and corresponding solutions . Responsible for the logistics of onsite and offsite process optimisation services What we're looking for: . Degree . Process optimisation experience (can have been informal as part of wider roles and responsibilities, but must be demonstrable if so) Skills that will help you in the role: . Corporate and/or Investment Banking experience . Lean / Six Sigma experience . Process modelling experience . Awareness of industry recognised process automation tool sets / capabilities .
