Job Title Business Analyst_Noida

What does a great Business Analyst do?

The Business Systems Analyst works closely with the Delivery team to understand the intent and value of Features and Stories. The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring the stories are refined and ready for sprint planning. He / She collaborates with Developers and Testers to create acceptance criteria and validates that the acceptance criteria is met.

What you will do:

• The person should be able to manage client and stakeholder management.
• The person will be responsible for collecting the requirement from the client, involved in the client discussion over email, phone or chat and assisted in the coordinated testing of the product with the client.
• Involved in the QA testing of the products.
• The person will be involved in the installation / implementation phase of the product.
• Own the responsibility for the hands-on installation of new applications or application updates along with the initial support of these applications.
• Complete the implementation process in one of three ways; remotely installing the applications, walking the client through the installation, or installing the applications while on-site.
• Support client during pre-production testing activities
• Submit requests for production activities.
• Support client for 1-2 weeks postproduction.

What you will need to have:

• Experience between 6-15 years is required.
• Need a person with BA / QA Skillset
• Well versed with US Banking Domain and Banking Products like Bank Operations which us Account Onboarding, Teller application, Content management application, New Account processing and Item Processing.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Person should be able to perform clarity audits, validations, and housekeeping, data enrichment, internal support and reporting for executives.
• Primarily clarity admin/maintenance work with shorter transition time.
