Job Description
1.Bachelors Degree or equivalent2. The resource must be able to perform full business Analyst, including requisite documentation, Business Requirements Document(BRD), Functional Requirement Document, SRS, Testing Plans, etc3. Database SME (preferably Oracle) with strong SQL & UNIX/shell scripting skills and be able to function in a high-paced environment4. Hands on experience with Microsoft office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)5. Self-starter able to manage deliverables for assigned projects6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills , problem solving skills, including the ability to prepare recommendations that will help drive decisions7. 3+ years of experience in IT services or product development firms.8.
