Qualifications Required:

• Required Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer science or Equivalent experience in Business Analyst profile
• Experience: 3-8 years in Software / Healthcare industry.
• Roles & Responsibilities: Requirement gathering, Prepare (BRD) Business Requirements Document, Functional Specifications Document, (SRS) System Specifications Document, Functional Test Cases and other documents that maybe required for translating business requirement to IT solutions, Excellent Documentation skills Use Case Diagrams/Flow Charts/Sequence Diagrams/Scope Matrix/Functional and Non Functional Requirement documentation, Maintain MIS reports & update the status of all the prospects, Strong enough to present/demonstrate products to customers & Presales activities, Technical expertise in databases (SQL), SDLC, Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, Market research and development, Administration activities, Monitor & Execution of project, Mentoring & Coaching.
• Behavioral attributes: Excellent communication and presentation skills, Must have proven track record of business generation, Confident personality, Should be energetic professional, Strong teamwork and networking skills.
