Job Title: Business Analyst (Transformation)

Purpose of job:

Responsible for managing all associated people data that supports the delivery of selection to roles within the new operating model. This will entail close working with relevant senior business leads, HRIS, Selection Team colleagues and HRBPs as appropriate. This role will act as the single point contact for data for each PS Workstream.

Accountabilities, responsibilities, and main duties:

  • Populate the initial Position Control Form following MyHR systems colleagues briefing and guidance, using the Headcount report as a base.
  • Check existing Position data (reporting manager/ cost centres, etc)
  • Ensure new positions on the To-Be structure are clear and defined for them to be captured in the position Control Form
  • New/adjusted cost centres and WBS\'s are clear and defined for them to be captured in the position Control Form
On-going data tasks:
  • Maintaining the data quality (updating role titles where they have changed etc.)
  • Proactively checking that ahead of recruitment/ selection start dates that all data is correct
  • Has touch-points to obtain any additional info/ clarify missing data with Regional Data Leads
  • Edit access to the Position Control Form
  • Maintaining the data quality fully (role titles, line management, job codes, financial information, overall every column of the PCF)
  • Proactively checking ahead of recruitment/ selection start dates, that all data is correct
  • Has regular touch-points to obtain any additional info/ clarity of missing data as needed centrally
  • Control access to the Position Control Form (any additional access must be checked and approved beforehand. Inputting data by several colleagues can be challenging and this is the one source of the truth)
Selection tasks:
  • Work with Function\xc2\xb4s stakeholders (Hiring Managers), workstream team and central Transformation team (Resourcing team, HRBPs, etc) as needed, to finalise the phasing and rollout plan / dates and process for selection
  • Work with the Selection Team, Workstream team and HRBPs to ensure readiness for go live and requisition / advert set up
  • Ensure that all Selection templates / tools are finalised and ready for use by panels. This may include pre-populating them with relevant selection and application data
  • Add data to scoring sheets (as appropriate) and make ready for use by assessment panels and others as needed
  • Compile selection outcomes and update position control forms accordingly
  • Oversee the communication of outcomes and ensure all associated documentation takes place (ensures end to end process is successfully completed
  • Liaise with Panel Chairs / Transformation Selection team to ensure smooth process and check that each step in MyHR is successfully completed.
Relationship and Stakeholder management
  • Engage with HR Leadership, Country operations, workstream leads, Head of Change, Employee Relations department.
  • Engage with lead from potential managed service provider for the smooth delivery of the new system and ways of working.
  • Ensures HR workstream is supported in maintaining the programme plans.
Analysis and reporting
  • Regular analysis and report on the position movement in the HR workstream.
  • Analyse the data generated during the position movements and provide insights to programme team for the decision making.
Qualifications :
  • Graduation
  • Strong Presentation and Project Management Skills.
  • Experience in managing Position movement in the organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Project management or similar proven experience.
Role specific knowledge and experience

Minimum 10 Years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess organizational needs and develop appropriate solutions
Proven experience in managing and influencing stakeholders

Role specific skills:

Project Planning management
  • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to organizational change and workforce planning.
  • Good understanding of project management skill.
Performance and resourcing
  • In accordance with agreed plans and targets, ensure the appropriate deployment of resources (BC or externally sourced) to the major project(s)/ programme strand managed, so that Delivery Teams operate efficiently and effectively
  • Monitor the achievement of agreed performance targets for Delivery Teams across the major project(s)/programme strands, taking remedial action where necessary, to ensure agreed client and BC objectives are achieved.
Customers and stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a broad range of senior stakeholders, programme, end user(s), suppliers\' and contractors\', to facilitate the smooth running of the programme/major project(s) and ensure alignment of interests.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal partners and stakeholders to ensure effective, integrated and joined-up delivery of programme/major project goals in a complex matrix environment.
