Develop and maintain analytical dashboards Collation of dashboards feature requests and define timelines for requirements closure Prepares all program related metrics and dashboards on a daily/weekly/monthly basis Expected to publish accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports in a pre-defined format and frequency Helps to prepare WBR, MBR and QBR business review decks Gather Business Requirements on automations, Work on automation and dashboarding for key metrics Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed. Design reporting formats to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner Expected to Perform data analysis for generating reports Design and create automated dashboards for frequently generated report Maintain / Develops documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance. Provide recommendations to improve reporting efficiency and consistency. Standardize similar reports across clients, departments and teams' Ad Hoc data collection, analysis and reporting Understand client product, internal tools and processes, push automation and increase work efficiency. Good statistical knowledge to perform regression models and other stat analysis Personal Skills: Excellent eye for detail Good time management and organizational skills.
