Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Supplier Fulfillment
We are looking for an enthusiastic, Innovative and self-motivated experienced individuals from SCM domain. If you've got an appetite for learning and would like to develop your skills as part of a forward-thinking and results-driven team. The successful candidate will join our team and help oversee daily operations involved in supporting Fulfillment process for an Aviation major - Industrial Group as SFL.
They are expected to be focused, have great attention to detail, be able to prioritize tasks and work as a team towards deadlines and seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities
Process requires the SFL to work with Planners, Sourcing CA/Buyer across multiple Partner Programs to complete the following tasks:

  • Facilitate minimum weekly fulfillment calls with all Industrial suppliers (13)
  • Coordinate with suppliers for 100% commit participation. Escalate to program when reasonable efforts have failed to reach 90% commit participation
  • Interact with sourcing/fulfillment systems to make supplier, Industrial team & manufacturing programs aware of delivery status of assigned parts
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and reporting form fulfillment systems
  • Monitor, collect, organize, trend, and communicate to team & IND suppliers on the delivery performance of assigned suppliers
  • Daily follow up on critical parts for milestones that day & communication to manufacturing programs
  • Coordinate with planner to ensure lead time is correct for assigned parts
  • Collaborate with supplier & planner when parts are ordered inside of lead time
  • Work with warehouse, transportation, and supplier to resolve in transit problems/problem lots
  • Provide MRD dates & critical parts list to PQE for FAI prioritization
  • Ability to work 40 hours that are consistent with the time zones of assigned suppliers (Americas, Italy, & India)
  • Reporting and dashboard creation
  • Actions will be completed with daily use of available tools & IT Systems such as Impact (Sourcing), Advance Planning System (APS), PAB (Projected Available Balance Report), AMT system and Critical Material report in addition to others available reports to SFL
  • Encourage process improvement and learning environment within the team
  • Mentoring new team members for coming up the learning curve in the process
  • Driving initiatives with internal team or process
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
  • Graduate with MBA/Engineering/Manufacturing or equivalent with a strong academic record
  • Good working experience in Supply Chain Management domain specific to Supplier Fulfillment or Fulfillment role
  • Strong on MS-Office skills (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
  • Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
  • Any programming language/coding will be an added advantage ex: MS access, Python or R (Not Mandatory)
  • Basic Knowledge about any Visualization tools like Spotfire, Power BI & Tableau (Not Mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Candidate should be comfortable with UK shift timings
  • Self-driven and motivated
Preferred qualifications
  • Working knowledge as Supplier Fulfillment role or Fulfilment process
  • SCM certifications would be added advantage
