Key SAP Skills and Knowledge Areas

• Minimum 7+ Years of Experience in SAP Functional knowledge including functional design, design validation and configuration of PM and Maintenance Master Data
• Awareness of End to End Plant Maintenance Process within an Oil & Gas Industry
• Understand the business functions supported by PM module including Notification, Work Orders, Warranty, Maintenance Schedules, Work Centers, and Resource Scheduling
• Good understanding of the integration aspects of SAP PM module with MM,PP and FI
• Experience in Interface development between SAP and applications such as AIM, IDMS, Intelatrac, Primavera
• Usage of SAP PI, Biztalk to manage integration to SAP and Non SAP Applications.
• Strong Preference for candidates with knowledge of any one of the following technologies 1) Odata/Webservice OR 2) ALE/IDOC 3) BSP
• Preferred to have experience in implementing Fiori App, Business client etc.. for enhanced user experience
• S4 HANA in Asset management

Key responsibilities

• Deliver IT enhancements/improvements, projects & programs within agreed time and budget
• Capability to gather business requirements and produce a detailed design for integrating SaaS applications with SAP.
• Able to read and interpret data object definitions
• Works closely with Design Leads, IT Managers and Application Delivery Leads to ensure that new capabilities are understood and applied in new work items
• Works closely with Design Leads and Application Delivery Leads to ensure that new business requirements are understood
• Assists in the resolution of Production issues in meetings with Support Organization
• Perform Prototyping in support of requirements definition or technical design questions
• Execute Unit Testing, execute Integration Testing, and support execution of Regression Testing
• Resolve defects/issues during test cycles and post project go-live support
• Create run books and participate in run book peer reviews
• Work with batch job scheduling and processing tools

Key competences

• SAP PM experienced
• Track-record of successful ERP/systems implementations

• Delivery focused with doer/hands-on attitude
• Skilled in requirements gathering and documenting from a technical solution perspective

• Ability to participate in blueprint and design sessions, review options and provide recommendations while communicating the benefits, risks, and constraints to both the business and IT stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Organized and methodical. Ability to plan and implement according to plan though coping with a level of uncertainty and risk
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines while optimizing customer satisfaction
• Keeps oversight of all activities in his space, but with eye for detail
• Experienced virtual team worker
• Experience working on project(s) with IT/application and data components
• Effective influencer able to influence without direct reporting relationships
• Working experience in S4 HANA ? Asset management
