We are looking for Business Analyst/ System Admin to be part of the product engineering team. The candidate should have 4-8 years of experience in working as Salesforce Admin.

Responsibilities

  • Perform sprint management activities to ensure business needs are properly prioritized and effort is properly allocated across the Salesforce project team. This includes writing business requirements and use cases that are complete and testable.
  • Perform Salesforce Administration activities to support business requirements either in support queue or in active sprint.
  • Develop and execute on project communication, training, and adoption plans for new and existing applications or process changes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams including Salesforce developers to ensure solutions being built are addressing business needs.
  • Lead change and evolve enterprise 3Pillar systems to gain efficiencies and improve business processes through automation and integration.
  • Build strong relationships with global business stakeholders and in collaboration with technical development team, effectively design and communicate solutions that address stakeholder business requirements.
  • Work in a matrixed environment to help build and deliver on the strategic roadmap.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors and consultants to deliver on solutions as needed.
  • Analyse and capture visual process flows and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Document project metrics that measure KPI\'s for success.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Technical Requirement
  • Must have:
  • 3+ years of demonstrated working experience in a similar role as a business analyst working cross-functionally to oversee deliverables.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated working experience as Salesforce administrator. Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
  • Nice to have:
  • Demonstrated experience documenting requirements for business process improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions and designing solutions to address business challenges.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large, complex projects from inception to implementation accurately and on schedule.
  • Must demonstrate professional acumen and presence when working with stakeholders, technical teams or vendors.
  • Desire to learn new technologies, processes and business functions.
  • Ability to balance creativity and innovation with cost and time-to-delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience working in complex cross-functional projects that span multiple global time zones and cultures.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and convey ideas and solutions for complex business problems to non-technical stakeholders.
