Job Description
RPA Business Analyst
The main scope of this activity is to provide RPA Business Analyst Services within the BAT UiPath team.
The RPA Business Analyst will be:
- capturing the business and functional requirements based on which the automations are created, helping with Business Case creation
- creating the SDD documentation containing the business process, AS IS and TO BE diagrams, steps for the automation
- initiating and following through the CReW/SNOW CAB3 approval process for RPA
- explaining to RPA Developers the business flow
- supporting the RPA Developers during the implementation and bug fixing processes
- involved in UAT phase in order to ensure good communication between SMEs and RPA Developers
- initiating & following through the GNG approval process & Production set up process
