We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Case Analyst for our parental company Refu Elektronik to join our Product Development team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies, as well as experience in developing and analyzing business cases for new development projects.

The Business Case Analyst will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop financial models, and provide actionable insights to guide effective decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze business cases for new product development projects.
• Gather and analyze data from a variety of sources, including market research, financial data, and internal reports.
• Develop financial models to project the revenue, costs, and profitability of new products.
• Prepare compelling business cases that are clear, concise, and persuasive.
• Present business cases to senior management and stakeholders
• Track and monitor the performance of new products against business case projections.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business cases are aligned with overall product strategy.
• Stay up to date on the latest business analysis tools and techniques.

Responsibilities: * Business Case Development:

• Work closely with product development teams to create comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives, incorporating financial projections, cost estimates, and revenue forecasts.
• Evaluate the financial viability and return on investment for new product concepts.

• Financial Modeling:

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, including cash flow projections, cost-benefit analyses, and sensitivity assessments for new product development projects.
• Identify key financial drivers and metrics to track and analyze project performance.

• Market Research:

• Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and market opportunities related to new product development.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform product strategy and positioning.

• Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and present business case documentation, financial reports, and analysis findings to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial analyses, ensuring compliance with reporting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s/Masters degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, business case development, or project finance, with a focus on new product development.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
