JOB DESCRIPTION Job Purpose ICEMT provides offerings for Digital Loan Intake, Data Loan Boarding and Analyzers that increase the velocity of loan production, produce high-quality loans, and improve operational effectiveness for mortgage lenders. All of ICEMT AIQ Offerings rely on a common Platform, known as AIQ Platform that provides APIs, Services, Administrative interfaces directly to lending institutions, internal Product Lines, to internal stakeholders who provision, operate and implement ICEMT\'s AIQ offerings. The services included in the Platform cover document management, mortgage data management, business process orchestration, and integrations frameworks for Loan Origination Systems (LOS). Responsibilities You as a member of the Product Management team developing the AIQ Platform. Your responsibilities will include: Driving discovery of requirements by engaging internal and external customers Facilitating solution design, briefing architects and UX on, and validating with customers. Managing the backlog, drafting and refining epics, elaborating them into stories Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritizing execution and schedule implementation Demonstrating work-in-progress to customers, internal stakeholder, and eliciting feedback Driving readiness to launch product, ownership of release notes, documentation and training implementation teams Collaborate with multiple teams in different geographies (U.S., India, Belarus, Poland) Knowledge and Experience 4+ years of Product Management/ Technical Product Management experience either of the following: Enterprise-centered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), preferably FinTech Mortgage product vendor, for example, Loan Origination System like Ellie Mae Encompass, Core Logic A thoughtful set of perspectives on product management & agile development Strong level of comfort and familiarity with technologies associated with building massively scalable systems Graduate, with either an MBA or a technical post-graduate qualification preferred Schedule This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
