The Business Analyst I will closely work with Pharma subject matter experts and the Project Manager to gather and document client implementation configuration requirements in a template client profile excel document.

Job Title: Business Analyst I Location : PAN India CTC : Max rate - 15 USD/hr from Mgneto to CT (17 LPA salary) : The Business Analyst I will closely work with Pharma subject matter experts and the Project Manager to gather and document client implementation configuration requirements in a template client profile excel document. They will document and clarify client UAT feedback and will be required to be on client calls. Work closely with data team on data migration and or integration projects. They may need to Demo configuration updates to the internal team. Responsibilities: Entering the configuration requirements from client requirement workshop sessions and homework documentation into the client profile excel workbook Enter configuration work into client ticket system Working with a Business lead to Iron out the Requirements including data migration and integration mapping Point person for Tiger team or Data team to document missing information on Requirements Attends client calls with the Business leads Role requirements : Minimum and essential qualifications, experience and technical expertise required to complete role Abilities and behaviors required for success in the role: Associate degree in Communications, English, Management Information Systems, or Liberal Arts; Bachelor's preferred and a minor in Information Technology or Computer Science. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Possess outstanding problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Basic technical skills required, specifically using the Microsoft Office Suite.
