We are looking for a Business Analyst with 10-15 years of experience, who can help us develop our offerings in Payments, Cash Management further. The Business Analyst will take part in the implementation of our complex cash management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a business analyst in the project team, key stakeholder for successful implementation of cash management product
• Lead the creation and analysis of change requests and review the functional solutions
• Proactive communication and co-operation with internal and external stakeholders. Manage client escalations
• Trainings to internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible for product configuration as per clientaEUR(TM)s business needs
• Providing assistance in responding to RFPs and presales, pre-study activities
• Providing assistance in defect analysis including testing if required, during implementation phase

We are looking for:

• More than 10 years of experience as a business analyst/functional consultant
• Knowledge and experience in payments and liquidity management solutions
• Experience in implementation of banking/finance products
• Experience with banking sector or Fintech
• Being able to work independently as well as in a team, innovative and proactive for new technology and work processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to do presentations internally and externally to the clients
• Managing, organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks
• Complex problem solving skills
• Education: Bachelors/ University degree, MasteraEUR(TM)s Degree in Business, Technology or similar preferred
• Working knowledge of tools - Jira, Confluence, MS Office, SQL
