Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work and communicate effectively with various disciplines of Technical and non-Technical background . Strong understanding and practice of agile software development life cycle processes . Strong technical and problem-solving aptitude and highly experienced in Eliciting Requirements, Designing, Testing and Deploying software. . Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to help the Development teams and Product team find the right balance towards a solution that works for the Users . The ability to show personal initiative and take ownership of deliverables while maintaining good relationship with external stakeholders . Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Geosciences or related engineering discipline with strong technical and scientific programming experience. . Can demonstrate experience in the development of software for Upstream in the Oil & Gas industry .
