Roles and Responsibilities Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in a large complex banking organisation or major consulting firm acting in a business analyst or product owner capacity.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Agile Scrum or Kanban life cycles as Business Analyst or Product Owner.
- At least 3 years of hands- on experience in documenting business and functional requirements, business rules, and User Stories and Epics.
- Understanding of Data lineage and data processing strategies.
- Able to write and execute SQL queries.
- Good communication, teamwork, and influencing skills; ability to communicate effectively with technology and key business representatives.
- Process analysis, being able to research and document end to end flows on complex processes and systems.
- Knowledge on BDD framework, Gherkin language.
- Strong analytical skills required.
- Including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Competent and experienced in technology environments (e.g., platforms, applications, databases, organisational structure and culture, teams involved in the successful completion of technology initiatives, etc.).
- Detail oriented and organised.
- Able to multitask across several projects.
- Proficient with MS Office applications: Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
