About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Pricing team. You will analyze sales and market performance to identify actionable pricing interventions as well as communicate insights to successfully respond to evolving business needs. Your day-to-day duties and responsibilities shall include: Develop robust sales performance monitoring process to identify pricing and margin trends Identify and recommend pricing strategies aligned with the financial, marketing, and strategic objectives of the business (channel, segment, customer) Support pricing and sales teams in identifying opportunities to improve sales and profitability, leveraging data insights along with stakeholder expertise Suggest changes to pricing structure and approach as required to optimize sales and profitability Collaborate with Pricing Teams to implement changes according to identified pricing interventions and strategies to meet financial goals and objectives Setup regular cadence with factory and sales leadership teams to validate product cost (including changes in cost) and pricing assumptions Manage communication with factories and be updated on input/cost changes Skills and qualifications Master\'s/Bachelor\'s Degree, preferably in Business or Data/Analytics Min 2-3 years\' Experience in Business, Financial and Pricing Analytics Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, if statements, lookups, etc. Demonstrated knowledge of Power BI Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience in change management Benefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.
